Michael Foley
Mike has over 30 years of Real Estate experience and over 20 years with Shamrock Construction. Growing up in Lake County and knowing all areas enables him to help find the ideal location for building your new home and helping in marketing your existing home. He is familiar with all aspects of construction, product selection and development and offers a personal touch to building your dream home and making this a rewarding experience. Building the most energy efficient and comfortable home has been his highest reward.
Lynn Foley
Lynn works in the office and has more than 35 years in the real estate business and many years experience with title insurance companies working with escrows and closings, Lynn will coordinate the closing of your existing home with your new home and make sure the transaction moves smoothly.
Donald Foley
Don is a 2010 graduate of Ohio State University with a bachelor degree in political science. He comes with 8 years of experience in the resale real estate market. Don grew up in in Lake County working for Shamrock Construction. He helps out on all jobs in the field and the office and sales. Don is familiar with available building sites in Lake and Geauga County. He is also a licensed Realtor and can help with the sale of your current home.
Joe Foley
Joe is a construction foreman and is the hands on help for Kevin during construction from lot preparation to foundation through to finished home. He works closely with trades and with Kevin to keep every aspect of construction running smoothly.
