Thistle Creek Subdivision - Chardon

Thistle Creek is a 27 lot maintenance free community located just east of Historic Chardon Town Square on the north side of North Hambden Street (Route 6).  We currently have 4 floor plans, the same ones as Creekside Farm but are also adding 3 additional floor plans soon.  Lots of standard features with plenty of space and room to customize and personalize.  Construction of homes is estimated to begin late spring/summer of 2022.
